We want you to love your car tag — but if something’s not right, we’re here to help.

🔁 Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition you received it

  • Be in the original packaging

  • Not be a customized or personalized product (these are non-refundable unless damaged or defective)

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@tagyourcar.store with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions on how to send the item back.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or custom-made tags

  • Items marked as "Final Sale"

  • Gift cards

🔄 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, email us at support@tagyourcar.store with a photo of the item and your order details.

📦 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.
